::Ingredientes: (para una persona)

-2 huevos duros en rodajas
-un tubo de mayonesa
-4 cucharadas de zanahoria rallada
-4 cucharadas de apio rallado
-4 cucharadas de menestra de verduras
-4 rodajas de salame
-1 loncha de jamon
-8 rodajas de morcilla blanca o butifarra
-5 esparragos



::Preparado:

-poner rodajas de huevo duro alrededor del plato dejando espacio entre las rodajas
  para poner flores de mayonesa.

-Colocar la zanahoria rallada y 4 rodajas de morcilla a la derecha y 4 a la izquerda.

-Poner el apio rallado, los 5 esparragos y la loncha de jamon enrollado.

-Mezclar la menestra de verduras con una cucharada de mayonesa.

-Hacer un corte en cada una de las de las rajas de salame y ponerlas enrolladas en plato.
